Last summer

I spent part of last summer holidays in Malaga. Looking forward to escaping to one of those sunny paradises in southern Spain. My next trip is to Bilbao, though…

Picasso’s home town

Málaga is a lively and very traditional Spanish port city. Wide boulevards, interesting museums and its cultural background will inspire you. Mandatory visits are: the Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro Castle, the Cathedral and the recently inaugurated Picasso museum. And, of course, the beach!

Arrocería Gala

An extremely nice rice restaurant in downtown Madrid is Arrocería Gala. They cook so many different rice dishes that it takes hours to decide what to have. The price is also the lowest possible in the area which, by the way, is the perfect starting point for a night out after dinner.

Ozonia

Yesterday I met Alvaro and Ana for dinner at the best Italian in Madrid. After eating, we had some drinks at Ozonia. Surprisingly, an alumni meeting for people from my same high-school but two years younger than me was being held there. It was like suddenly seeing people you hadn’t seen for 10 years. Amazing.

Hi there!

First of all, Happy New Year! I was back from holidays some days ago. Have spent some days (including New Year’s Eve) in northern England.

One of the items in my personal TO-DO list for this year is to renew osierra.com. After many years with the same look&feel, I think it’s time to completely renew the site. Expect major changes in the following months.
