Lunch near Madrid

| Chinchón is one of the best places near Madrid to go for a relaxing Sunday lunch. A bunch of traditional restaurants with magnificient cuisine are located in its central square, which is both used as plaza mayor and bullfighting arena. The town is known also for its appearance in the 60′s movie Around the World in 80 Days, with Cantinflas. Its fresh history and picturesque corners are well worth the 40 minutes ride from Madrid.
And to make the day full, nothing better than a good Flamenco performance by Sara Baras followed by a drink at Cuevas del Sésamo. |
