I’m alive!

Haven’t posted for too many days now… Well, my trip to Catalonia has been quite intensive. Apart from Barcelona, I’ve visited CadaquĆ©s, Cap de Creus, Port de la Selva, Sitges… Had also problems with my mobile, so I couldn’t contact some of the kotbullars in the big city :(

On another front, I’ll be flying to Stockholm the day after tomorrow, though I’m gonna stay there for just one week. I still have to fix all the paperwork… so my real holiday hasn’t started yet. Aaaaargh!

At Sabadell

I’m writing from Jorge’s place. It’s 36 degrees outside. We have eaten too much paella and are going to have a (long) siesta now :) if we can… because people are throwing firecrackers (Spain won against Ireland!!).

Bored

I couldn’t resist the temptation of posting again. But I have a good excuse: I’m waiting for my plane to Barcelona at the Madrid-Barajas airport and I was getting too bored. Actually the airport is empty. Everybody is either sunbathing in the nice parks downtown or watching the football matches at their home/office (with the air conditioning turned on, of course).

Two hours more and I’ll be at one of the most beautiful European cities :) Maybe I drop by a cibercafe and post again before being back. Luckily Telefonica’s backbone network will be up and running by then (a failure has disconnected half of Spain from the Net).

Home sweet home

Got to Madrid a few hours ago. I expect to stay here one day and then fly to Barcelona, where I’m gonna spend a whole week.

It’s very nice to be back home. I missed the sound from the modem a lot. Not to mention its amazing speed. Metro (the newspaper) is written in Spanish and there is a general strike planned for the 20th June. This country will never change.

Won’t post for some days. Dunno if I will have access to a computer in Bcn ;)

Bye bye Sweden

After a birthday dinner with Sabina, Anne, Cristina, Sonia, Clement, Robert, Juanjo and Rafa, I went downtown to say goodbye to Iris, Klaybert and Luis. We had a drink at Eken bar, which turned out to be very nice in fact. Now it’s four o’clock in the morning. I haven’t packed yet and I don’t even know at what time does my plane depart. I just know that I’m gonna miss Stockholm. There is something special in here.

p.s. the birthday present from the kotbullars here was a hacked High Fidelity poster. The first thing I’m gonna do once I get to Spain is frame it and put it in my room.
