Köttbullar logo

May 21st, 2002

Now that the weather is extremely nice it will be very hard for me to leave Stockholm. I expect to be on my way to Barcelona on the 15th June, and to Madrid on the 21st, probably not to come back again in the near future. It’s gonna be easier to leave if I take with me a unique souvernir. For instance, a t-shirt with the kotbullar logo printed on it (this idea was inspired by Rafa).

The problem is that we don’t have an official logo yet. That’s the point of the kotbullar logo contest. Any kotbullar can participate in it, following these easy guidelines:

  • the logo should be a high-resolution image

  • you should use a maximum of four colors

  • send the image file to contest@osierra.com

    • I’ll send you a free t-shirt with the logo if your proposal is selected! The jury will be randomly formed at a later point ;)

      Hejsan,
      I have absolutely no idea for the logo, but I don’t totally agree with the slogan.
      As I am authorized by my title (best kotbullar of the year 2001), I must say that I feel more like a Kotbullar than a Kotbulle.
      (despite the real swedish spelling)
      I think it sounds better like that.

      Ok Pierre, you’re right. I’ve now changed the slogan to “jag är en kotbullar”.

      Well, we’d like to proudly wear our kotbullar t-shirts this summer… I should send the layout to the printing company by the end of June. Let’s fix the deadline on the 30th June.

      Me and Jordi Stone we do think that it would be more “svenska” to use the real spelling, that is köttbullar, instead of any other.
      What do you think?
      And more comments, are you thinking on a logo like a drawing or could be like a photo or something? (just wondering)

      Well, the logo can be anything original and nice to be worn as a t-shirt. But taking into account that only four colors should be used at most, then it’s more likely that a drawing will do better.

      Ok I’ve already received one logo. Waiting for the rest of you!
